A relaxing and gentle way to stay active through your pregnancy, prenatal yoga classes focus on calming breathing techniques, and postures that are safe and practical to help you stay balanced during your pregnancy. I have extensive prenatal-specific training, so I have the expertise and experience needed to lead classes specifically tailored to the needs of the expectant mother.
How the Classes Work:
These classes will be offered digitally and will each be approximately 1 hour in length. Each class will be recorded, so if you are not available at the time the class is released, you can practice on your own time. They will be posted on a weekly basis on the dates below to a private page that you will have access to once you register.
In order to participate, you will need to:
– make a small space that you can move around in
– have a towel or blanket or yoga mat ready, along with whatever props you might need
– have a playlist ready if you like to listen to music while you practice (to view some of my favourite yoga music, visit Apple Music or Spotify.
Sessions are 4 weeks and cost $30.
