A relaxing and gentle way to stay active through your pregnancy, prenatal yoga classes focus on calming breathing techniques, and postures that are safe and practical to help you stay balanced during your pregnancy. I have extensive prenatal-specific training, so I have the expertise and experience needed to lead classes specifically tailored to the needs of the expectant mother.
How the Classes Work:
Each series includes 4 classes offered digitally, each approximately 45 minutes – 1 hour in length. When you register using the link below, you will gain immediate access to the classes and will continue to have access to them throughout your pregnancy.
In order to participate, you will need to:
– make a small space that you can move around in
– have a towel or blanket or yoga mat ready, along with whatever props you might need
