Explore postures one at a time with a focus on mindfulness and breathing. This class is suitable for beginners, with lots of options offered for each movement.
Rise and Shine Yoga
Vinyasa style classes designed to get you moving and get you ready for your day. Link movement with breath and move mindfully through sun salutations as well as seated and standing postures. Not suitable for pregnancy.
Finish off your week with a slow, deep stretching class with lots of twists. Focus on seated and reclined postures. Not suitable for pregnancy.
How to Attend Live:
These classes will be offered digitally via Zoom! Each class will be approximately 1 hour in length. Each class will be recorded, so if you sign up and don’t make it to class, you will receive a recording afterwards.
How to Attend Pre-Recorded Classes:
You can choose to purchase a single day access by signing up for an individual class or a full month access by signing up for the unlimited recording pass. You will be sent a link to view your class(es).

In order to participate, you will need:
– to make a small space that you can move around in
– to have a towel or blanket or yoga mat ready
