I am now offering private online classes via Skype and/FaceTime! This is a trial run to see how well they work, so for now I have set up only a few time slots, and a very simple pay-as-you-go system. If everything works well, I will be looking at offering additional options in the future, so don’t be afraid to contact me with your requests.
I don’t even know how many times I have heard “I wish I could come to your class, but I just can’t be away from home at that time!” or “It would be so nice if I could still practice yoga with you while I was on vacation” or “I wish I knew how to practice at home – it would be so nice to be able to relax afterwards instead of having to drive home!”
If any of these sounds like something you have said, these online classes are for you.
We can work on something specific during your time slot, or I can design a well-balanced class so that you can just follow along. Some topics to focus on include:
- building strength
- breath work
- building flexibility
